Job description
Main responsibilities will include:
* POS and DC Replenishment: Manage Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Distribution Center (DC) watch replenishment, ensuring accurate forecasting and conducting detailed sales and stock analyses for assigned subsidiaries.
* Market Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for international markets, addressing new and ongoing product and supply chain-related inquiries.
* Forecasting and Launch Planning: Oversee the preparation, consolidation and verification of Market Forecasts (used for production planning) and Launch Plans (used for initial deliveries of new product launches).
* Inventory Allocation: Strategically allocate and manage low-stock or limited-edition watches for global markets in alignment with predefined strategies.
* System Development: Contribute to the testing and continuous improvement of SWATCH's in-house replenishment and forecasting systems.
* Trade Catalogue Creation: Develop trade catalogues for new launches, including Swatch and Flik Flak products.
* SKUs performance analyses: Perform in-depth analyses and provide recommendations for Swatch's collections.
* Reproduction Needs Assessment: Evaluate reproduction requirements for Swatch's Novelty Collections.
* Global Sales Forecasting: Forecast worldwide sales for the collection.
* Ad Hoc Projects: Lead or participate in special projects related to sales and planning as required.
Profile
* Commercial degree
* Background in Planning /Sales / Supply Chain
* Advanced Excel skills (a must), OLAP and SQL knowledge is a plus
* Knowledgeable in PowerBI / SAP / other analytical skills a plus
