We are looking for a Head of Department Welding and NDT Technology (w/m/d) to strengthen our team and further develop welding technology expertise at Endress+Hauser worldwide. In this role, you will shape a key technical discipline with a real impact on our products, drawing on your expertise, leadership skills, and passion for technology.

In this role, you combine strategic responsibility with close collaboration with your team. Together with dedicated colleagues, you make an important contribution to ensuring our technologies are deployed reliably across the globe.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
1. lead a team of up to ten process specialists and project managers, with both disciplinary and functional responsibility, and ensure their continuous development.
2. take on functional leadership of the global matrix organization for welding and testing, and be responsible for the strategic and operational development of the discipline.
3. together with your team, drive innovation initiatives within the discipline and implement them in collaboration with internal stakeholders as part of investment projects.
4. support product development throughout the product development process by ensuring the early involvement of manufacturing know‑how.
5. support international sites through targeted technology
