ERP Training & Documentation Specialist
Purpose:
The primary mission of this role is to develop and structure ERP knowledge management within the company. The selected candidate will ensure that key users are well trained and equipped with high quality documentation to support end users effectively. This includes designing and standardizing ERP user guides, process documentation, and training materials to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain ERP documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, and process guides to ensure clear and accessible system knowledge.
* Design and deliver training programs for key users, enabling them to effectively train end users within their departments.
* Implement best practices for ERP knowledge management to ensure information is structured, maintained, and continuously improved.
* Act as a point of contact for key users, providing guidance on system functionality and ensuring alignment with best practices.
* Collect user feedback and identify areas for process optimization and system improvement.
* Stay up to date with ERP system updates and ensure training materials and documentation remain current.
* Support key users in handling knowledge related tickets, resolving gaps in process understanding, and clarifying system functionalities.
* Redirect technical incidents to external support when issues fall outside of process or training gaps.
Skills & Experience:
1. Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
2. Extensive experience in documentation and training related to ERP systems, preferably Business Central.
3. Deep understanding of business processes related to finance, supply chain, production, and procurement.
4. Proven experience in user support, training, and change management within an ISO regulated industry.
5. Ability to structure and maintain a well organized knowledge base to facilitate ERP adoption.
