Your main responsibilities
1. Leading and developing the Market Risk / Middle Office Asset team, fostering a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture
2. Ensuring high standards in team controls, analysis and reporting, including the delivery of daily Market Risk / PnL reports for the asset value chain
3. Introducing efficient processes, reducing complexity and driving standardization
4. Supervising risk limits and ensuring appropriate oversight
5. Working closely with Asset Trading, Risk Management and other teams
6. Representing the team in internal and external projects
Your profile
7. More than three years of management experience leading a team of risk managers, portfolio analysts, or similar roles within a trading environment
8. Proven ability to drive changes, improve efficiency and simplify complex processes
9. Expertise in market risk management concepts
10. Strong understanding of power markets and knowledge of optionality and flexible assets
11. Fluent in English; French is a plus
12. Exposure to hydro assets, particularly pump‑storage, is an advantage
13. Project management experience is desirable
