Sales & Business Development Manager – Europe
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a pipeline of clients across trading firms, container markets, and related services.
* Engage prospects and manage the full sales cycle through to contract signature.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
* Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and feedback loops.
* Deliver your first sale within six months and expand into new markets as success builds.
Your Profile
* 10+ years' experience in sales and business development for SaaS or platform solutions in commodity trading.
* Proven track record in SaaS sales within commodities.
* Strategic, results-driven, and comfortable in evolving, fast-paced environments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Fluent in English; understanding of commodity trading processes a plus.
* Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Agriculture, Technology, or Commodities Trading.
