Sales & Business Development Manager – Europe Key Responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline of clients across trading firms, container markets, and related services. Engage prospects and manage the full sales cycle through to contract signature. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and feedback loops. Deliver your first sale within six months and expand into new markets as success builds. Your Profile 10 years’ experience in sales and business development for SaaS or platform solutions in commodity trading. Proven track record in SaaS sales within commodities. Strategic, results-driven, and comfortable in evolving, fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Fluent in English; understanding of commodity trading processes a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Agriculture, Technology, or Commodities Trading.
