Role Overview
The ED, Marketing Skills and Capabilities Lead will shape the future of marketing excellence for International Top markets and Regions. This role involves creating a learning framework and curriculum to ensure our teams have the latest skills to lead in marketing and customer experience. The Lead will implement training strategies, define KPIs, and track progress across International regions. Reporting to the Head of Launch Excellence & Execution, the role requires aligning with business priorities and addressing challenges. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with thought leaders and organizational leaders to assess and define capability needs for Marketing Excellence.
* Develop a marketing capabilities framework and learning curriculum, harmonizing existing efforts and leveraging best practices.
* Design and deliver impactful in-house training programs for international markets.
* Build and lead communities of practice and distributed teams as content experts.
* Design KPIs and benchmarking for marketing capabilities and develop a roadmap for improvement.
* Oversee the digital knowledge hub as a central learning platform.
* Stay updated on external marketing trends to keep the function agile and innovative.
* Create an environment that enables high performance and team development.
* Partner with functional leaders as an active member of the leadership team.
Essential Requirements
* At least 12 years of experience in Marketing and Skills & Capabilities Training in a regulated industry.
* Multi-functional experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Consumer Packaged Goods marketing.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in developing and delivering marketing learning solutions.
* Understanding of training design, tools, and systems.
* Experience leading digital transformation, data, and customer experience initiatives.
* Background in employee development and career planning.
* Experience in local and global marketing functions.
* Passion for marketing and industry trends.
* Strong influencing skills across a multinational organization.
* Ability to facilitate change in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
* Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
