Qualified Accountant (60%) The Municipality of Lutry is offering the position of: Qualified Accountant (60%) Within the Finance and Management Service, you are in charge of monitoring waste taxes, connection fees to water networks, and establishing quarterly VAT statements for all municipal services subject to VAT. You will handle a portion of the supplier invoices of the Municipality in collaboration with the responsible person. Finally, you will manage correspondence related to these various tasks as well as assist residents at the front desk and on the phone, alternating duties with others. MISSIONS You will take charge of the annual waste tax (approx. invoices) and follow up on any litigation procedures. You are responsible for monitoring monthly connection fees to water networks and responding to any related inquiries. You ensure the control and establishment of quarterly VAT statements for all nine municipal services. You will participate in the quarterly audits of the cash registers of various services and contribute to the processing of a portion of the supplier invoices of the Municipality (control, processing, and ensuring the drafting of correspondence, welcoming residents at the front desk, managing phone calls, and various tasks of the service). You will participate in the training of an apprentice as part of the rotation organized within the service and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes of the service.PROFILE Holder of a vocational degree as a commercial employee, a professional degree in economics and services, or a gymnasium degree (specific option in economics and law), or considered equivalent. Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the field of accounting. Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations related to this field of activity. A sense of responsibility and accountability, with an ability to work autonomously while integrating efficiently into a small team. Knowledge of VAT regulations. Rigor, sense of public service and customer service, resilience to stress, and ease of interaction; committed, versatile, and responsive personality. Excellent writing skills in French, with impeccable spelling. Comfort in interacting with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
