Your impact at TWINT
Maintain TWINT Scheme Rules and Regulations (Rulebooks) and ensure the Members compliance to the Scheme principals
Proactively engage with the Members to anticipate forthcoming new rules and changes to existing rules
Introduce and manage Scheme Member Non-Compliance Framework
Introduce and manage Arbitration Board
Work side-by-side with the regulatory team and other parties (e.g. Issuer-Acquirer-Board, TGA Working Group, Arbitration Board, etc.) to understand existing regulations and forthcoming changes which are relevant for the TWINT Scheme
Maintain an accurate Risk Management of the Acquirers (HRMCE) to control the exposure of the Scheme
Monitor global scheme trends and industry developments, deriving actionable insights to expand TWINT’s strategic latitude.
Lead Rulebook Stream in Projects
Your Profile
Experience in Scheme Management in a 4 Party Model and in the payment field in general; good understanding of issuing and acquiring models
Having a degree at a University, FH or HF is an advantage
3-5 years of experience as Scheme Manager or in a similar role
Ability to understand the Product, regulatory context and work with IT and Product experts as well as understand Risk Management
Ability to work well under pressure and to actively drive change by communicating a clear direction for all stakeholders and business units
Sound knowledge of project management principles to ensure Scheme related projects are delivered on time and meet the needs of the Confident and flexible – keen to work in a constantly changing environment
Excellent knowledge of German and English and great MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Preferable good skills in using Confluence
