You’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of our e-commerce channel through effective merchandising, demand forecasting, inventory management, and actionable reporting.
Collaborate with key associates in the market and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes and maximize e-commerce revenues.
Interface with the Sales team to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet e-commerce sales targets.
Plan and forecast annual e-commerce sales targets based on internal and external data and trends; communicate these targets to the marketing team, and regularly track progress to ensure targets are met.
Implement measures to ensure profitability and optimal stock levels with minimal holding costs.
Apply advanced demand prediction models, including statistical and machine learning approaches, to enhance forecast accuracy.
Lead the integration of human judgment into forecasting through forecast value-add (FVA) methodologies.
Monitor key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, profit margins, and forecast accuracy.
Manage customer experience by understanding customer needs, gathering relevant data, identifying root causes, and taking actions to exceed expectations.
Support administrative activities related to catalogue management, product launches, and promotions in e-commerce operations.
Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and customer success teams.
Liaise with the DTC key users in key countries.
Develop strategic initiatives to enhance customer retention and revenue growth.
Track and analyze product performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and assortment optimization.
EFZ (3-year apprenticeship)
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel.
Knowledge of Commerce Cloud and SAP S4 is advantageous.
Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
