Global Process Owner / Expert Order-to-Cash O2C (m/f/d) 80-100%
MAIN TASKS
Define, further develop and govern the global end‑to‑end O2C process across all entities and SSCs
Analyse, map and document O2C processes (Billing, Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Disputes)
Design and harmonise global standards (workflows, payment terms, credit rules, dunning, escalation logic)
Reduce local process variants and enable automation and scalability of the SSC set‑up
Define global KPIs (e.g. DSO, overdue ratio, dispute cycle time, auto‑matching rate) and drive performance improvements
Support digitalisation initiatives and tool deployments in close collaboration with IT
Enable legal entities and SSCs through training, guidelines and a global O2C Community of Practice
PROFILE
Several years of experience in O2C, AR, Credit & Collections or Customer Finance
Strong process expertise in SAP S/4HANA (SD, FI‑AR, Credit Management)
Proven ability to structure, document and harmonise complex end‑to‑end processes in an international environment
Experience in SSC/GBS environments and global transformation or roll‑in projects
Strong influencing skills within an international matrix organization
Excellent communication, facilitation and change‑management skills
Fluent English, German is an advantage
Experience with modelling tools such as Signavio or similar, in process mining or automation initiatives in O2C is a strong plus
