Our client is a recognised player in the microtechnology and watchmaking industry, based in the Bernese Jura region. To strengthen their tooling department, we are looking for their future:

Stamp Mechanic (M/F)

Your responsibilities:
In this key role, you will be specifically responsible for:

Assembling, adjusting and maintaining automatic and progressive stamps
Carrying out the necessary tests, validations and adjustments of the tooling
Analysing aesthetic and dimensional defects of cut components
Implementing appropriate corrections in case of deviations
Participating in the continuous improvement of machining, adjustment and finishing processes

Your profile:
Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or equivalent technical training, with 2-3 years of experience
Very good mastery of reading and interpreting technical drawings
In-depth knowledge of machining, adjustment and finishing
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in press testing, validations and quality controls
Team spirit, good communication and continuous improvement orientation
