Tasks & Challenges
* Independent management of a station in the restaurant and in the tea lounge
* Coordinating and ensuring a smooth breakfast, lunch and evening service in our restaurant and tea lounge in compliance with the specified standards
* Professional care of our guests at the highest level as well as personal, guest-oriented advice
* Preparing the daily mise-en-place
* Receiving and processing guest complaints
* Preparation of non-alcoholic cold and hot drinks
* Responsible for order and cleanliness in the back office
Qualifications & Competences
* Experience ofa comparable position in the luxury hotel industry.
* Good communication skills to explain the Chenot-Methode
* Very good spoken & written English, any other foreign language would be an advantage
* Willingness to work early and late shifts as well as split-shifts
* Positive charisma & host qualities: Service at the highest level is your passion
* Structured and organised work & ability to work under pressure: You maintain an overview even in stressful situations
* Team player with positive charisma: You help your colleagues and are proactively engaged
