Job Description
1. Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
2. Provide expert advice on Swiss labor law, ensuring fullpliance in all HR practices and policies.
3. Lead and support the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
4. Manageplex employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism.
5. Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
6. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and tools.
7. Support change management and organizational development efforts.
8. Ensure accurate HR reporting and data integrity.
9. Act as a culture ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
10. Advise onpensation and benefits matters, ensuring internal equity and alignment with market benchmarks.
The Successful Applicant
11. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
12. Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
13. Proven expertise in Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
14. Experience in an international or matrixed organization is a strong asset.
15. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills.
16. Strong sense of prioritization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
17. Fluent in English and French.
