Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Aeronautical or Aerospace or similar
10+ years relevant job experience in
aircraft Fuselage Design (ATA 53)
Proficient in NX and Team center
Design primary fuselage structures including skin panels, frames, stringers, longerons, bulkheads, and splices.
Proficient Develop 3D CAD models, layouts, and drawings for fuselage structures.
Proficient in Designing cutouts, attachments, reinforcements, and interfaces for doors, windows, avionics, and systems.
Work experience and knowledge on aircrafts A320, A330, B787, A350, B737, G650, G700.
Collaborate with systems and interiors teams for integration of ducts, wiring, and panels.
Prepare structural drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
Ensure compliance with CS-25 / FAR 25 airworthiness requirements.
Knowledge on Ensuring fuselage design meets damage tolerance, flammability, and crashworthiness requirements.
Provide engineering support for fleet structural issues, damage repairs, and service bulletins.
Knowledge of metallic and composite structures.
Knowledge of Fuselage assemblies, joints, and attachments
Material selection based on strength, fatigue, corrosion, and flammability.
Knowledge of bonding, fastening, riveting, and welding techniques.
Familiarity with EASA CS-25 / FAA FAR 25 structural requirements.
