For our client, a company in the insurance industry based in Bern, we are looking for a Software Engineer with a focus on front end for a permanent role.
Your responsibilities:
* Development, optimization and operation with a focus on frontend solutions
* Designing user-friendly interfaces in close cooperation with the UX team
* Support with backend development as needed
* Improving usability through innovative approaches
* Carrying out tests and quality assurance measures
* Knowledge exchange and support within the team
Your qualifications:
* Completed computer science degree or equivalent training
* Experience in developing web applications with Storyblok (Astro), Next.js and React; knowledge of Java and Spring Boot is an advantage
* Consistent working method with networked, goal- and solution-oriented thinking
* Knowledge and practical experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
* Enthusiasm for container technologies and platforms (Kubernetes)
* Team player in an agile environment (knowledge of Scrum and/or SAFe)
