This role sits at the intersection of customer success, supply chain analytics, and strategic consulting, focusing on delivering measurable business value to enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping global organizations understand and optimize their supply chain risk exposure using advanced data and AI-driven insights. By translating complex analytics into clear, actionable outcomes, you will directly influence customer performance, resilience, and decision‑making. The position involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, ensuring strong product adoption and long‑term value realization. You will also play a key role in shaping customer strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, and reinforcing the impact of data‑driven supply chain transformation. Accountabilities
Lead strategic engagement across enterprise accounts, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal outcomes
Serve as the primary advisor on customer business outcomes, ensuring measurable value delivery through platform usage
Build and maintain strong executive‑level relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts
Conduct in‑depth supply chain analyses using platform data to address customer‑specific risk and operational challenges
Increase customer lifetime value by driving product adoption, usage expansion, satisfaction, and NPS improvement
Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and alignment on success plans
Gather customer insights and feedback to influence product development and roadmap priorities
Develop customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and referenceable success stories
Identify risks and opportunities within accounts and proactively drive mitigation or expansion strategies
Contribute to internal best practices, frameworks, and mentorship within the Value Realization team
Engage directly with customers through business reviews, onsite visits, and strategic workshops as needed
Requirements
5+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or supply chain‑related industries
Strong experience managing enterprise customers and navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder relationships
Solid background in supply chain analysis, strategic planning, and data‑driven problem solving
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives
Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams
Ability to translate business objectives into structured success plans with minimal supervision
Hands‑on mindset with willingness to engage directly with customers in the field when needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex, real‑world supply chain challenges
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
