The HR Operations Switzerland Team seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to support administrative tasks on a daily basis.
This six-month internship provides the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the daily business of an international active company and the activities in the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboarding Process Support: Assist team members with all administrative activities related to the onboarding process for new starters.
* Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage tasks related to the employee life cycle, including the exit process, to guarantee smooth transitions.
* HR Partnerships: Cooperate closely with HR partners, including Recruiters and HR Business Partners.
* Event Coordination: Coordinate monthly events for new employees.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative tasks, such as processing interview expenses and managing spontaneous applications.
