We are building a professional, friendly, and people-oriented company withbra broad and deep understanding of the travel industry /p h2Tasks /h2 p**What you’ll dobr**• Manage accounts payable and receivable.br• Keep our financial accounting updated.br• Handle suppliers and clients invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections.br• Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting.br• Prepare and track budgets in collaboration with management.br• Support with payroll preparation and expense reimbursements.br• Personnel administration: processing of new hires and departures as well asbraccident and sick leave notificationsbr• General administrative support related to finance. /p h2Requirements /h2 p**What you’ll needbr**• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.br• Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting practices.br• Autonomous, structured, and detail-oriented.br• Proactive with a “nothing is impossible” attitude.br• Comfortable working with accounting software and Excel.br• Strong written and verbal communication skills.br• German and excellent English.
