Process Integration Engineer
Company: EM Microelectronic, a Swatch Group company and a leader in ultra‑low‑power semiconductor technology.
Overview: Responsible for owning one or more Technology Nodes – Product Yield Improvement and PCM Performance Improvement – and driving the qualification of processes for volume production.
Responsibilities
* Perform product yield analysis, correlating yield data with production data to identify and solve yield excursions and improve product yields.
* Analyze PCM data, correlating with production metrics to address parametric excursions, equipment mismatches, and enhance parametric stability through statistical capability analyses (PpK/CpK).
* Pass the final volume qualification for the assigned technology and variants.
* Own PCM limit files of the technology and its variants.
* Follow up on daily production issues such as low‑yield wafers, PCM non‑conformities, and other non‑conformities identified in the production line.
Qualifications
* Engineering degree in Physics or Microelectronics.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Process Integration role (Si‑based CMOS technologies; embedded memory is a plus).
* Strong analytical and statistical skills.
* Experience coordinating cross‑functional projects involving Process Engineering, Defectivity Engineering, Production and/or R&D.
* Project management experience, able to meet project goals effectively.
* Methodical, structured, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of methodologies and core tools such as DOE, FMEA, 8‑D.
* Enthusiastic, solution‑oriented, eager to learn, positive thinker and team player.
* AI Agent for Yield Improvement knowledge is a plus.
Language Requirements
* Fluent written and spoken French and English.
