We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. You’ll get to
* build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
* support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction
* offer investment advice to Swiss clients in line with the UBS House View, deliver updates and ensure the seamless flow of information and ideas
Your team
We are Personnel Financial Affairs (PFA). The bank within the bank. Our clients are UBS employees, retirees and their partners. You’ll be working in our Wealth Management team. The team is responsible for advising wealthy high net worth and ultra high net worth private individuals. Our modern workplace is located in Europaallee, right next to Zurich’s main train station. Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who
* has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands, tight deadlines and exposure to the leaders of our company
* Language requirements Fluent German and English
Start date 1. September 2026
