Your Tasks
* Intensive, active new customer acquisition for cleanroom textile service with a focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, and semiconductor companies – this is your main activity
* Targeted identification, approach, and acquisition of decision‑makers at management and specialist department levels
* Strategic development and expansion of long‑term customer relationships, including personal support of the acquired accounts
* Cross‑ and upselling of our cleanroom portfolio available in Switzerland: validated cleanroom clothing, processing procedures, logistics and supply concepts, additional & testing services
* Independent market and regional strategy including pipeline development and prioritisation of regional potentials
* Conducting needs analyses, concept presentations, offer preparation, and negotiation up to successful conclusion
* Close cooperation with our cleanroom location in Brügg
* Monitoring regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitors and translating them into concrete measures
Your Profile
* Completed commercial or technical training, ideally supplemented by studies (sales, life science)
* Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cleanroom services, textile rental systems, or life‑science‑related industries
* Successful hunter mentality and proven success in building new customer structures – ideally in the Swiss market
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident appearance as well as the ability to inspire your conversation partners with your ideas, convince them of them, and build sustainable partnerships
* Independent, structured way of working and pronounced closing orientation
* Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and willingness to travel
* Very good German skills (C1) as well as good English (B2) and French skills (B2)
