Your Responsibilities:
Support HR Activities:
1. collaborate and support the HR Business Partner and the HR Specialist with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment
Operational HR Support:
2. get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & induction, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activities
Employee Experience:
3. support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities
Project Support:
4. Participate in HR-related projects supporting the HRBP
Continuous improvement:
5. contribute to process improvement, implementation and ensure proper support in line with business needs
Your Profil:
6. university degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
7. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a international, matrix environment
8. First experience in the area of internal communication
9. Fluency in English and Italian is required - german is a strong plus
10. Familiarity with the HRIS system
