The residents are aged between 45 and 65. The team's dedication, rigor, and the clarity of support routines assist the resident in their daily life. The interaction with the accompanied individuals and their humanity allows us to become advocates in their connection with the outside world. Team meetings, as a cornerstone of the group, allow us to question practices and confront visions in search of consensus. It also serves as a space to take a step back in the face of challenges. The experienced and self-demanding team is sincerely involved in daily support.
