You will drive the design, implementation, and global commercialization of service products—including digital solutions—to differentiate Tecan in the market, maximize customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our Life Sciences and Partnering Businesses.ResponsibilitiesEmpower Service Teams: Equip and support our teams to be effective, efficient, and commercially successful.Develop Strategies & Business Models: Create and implement strategies and new business models for field service and support, serving both global partnering and life sciences customers.Drive Service Innovation & Digitalization: Lead the development and global rollout of innovative service products, including digital offerings, aligned with Tecan’s service and digital strategies.Deliver Commercial Impact: Grow service sales, recurring revenues, and overall profitability by implementing effective enablement strategies and robust product management. Take accountability for the Service Portfolio & Enablement P&L, ensuring revenue generation and profitability for LSB and PB.Oversee Product Training: Guide the strategic direction and continuous improvement of global product training programs.Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Make service a key differentiator for Tecan by delivering customer experiences that exceed industry benchmarks.Champion Operational Excellence: Standardize and optimize service processes, tools, and best practices for maximum impact.Product Training: Oversee the strategic direction and continuous improvement of global product training programs, and 2nd level support teams.Your backgroundWe’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.
