As part of the development of our business, we wish to hire, for our Pully agency, a future Real Estate Accountant for Condominiums. Job Description: Account management in our QUORUM software; Establishing the closures of buildings under management; Preparing balance sheets; Monitoring cash accounts and controlling accounts; Preparing individual statements for co-owners; Preparing budgets; Calculating provisions for General Assemblies of Condominiums as needed; Managing various works with the clients.
