Raiffeisen Bank Marly-Cousimbert Region is a prosperous local bank with branches in Rossens, Marly, and Fribourg. The bank currently has a balance sheet total of approximately one billion francs, and 50 employees are committed to the needs of members and clients. To continue the development of our bank in the coming years, we are looking for a back-office employee with a keen sense of efficiency and a desire to get involved in the following areas:Openings and monitoring of the private and commercial client base: Document control, ability to independently determine the necessary documents according to the company form, data updates, and management of the central email inbox, as well as mail.Execution of pension and vested benefits operations: Control of files, payment or transfer requests, and compliance with legal provisions.Control of investment operations: Plausibility of brokerage, openings, and investor profiles. Control of transactions and executions by advisors according to their competence and authority.Guarantee of compliance with regulatory requirements: Actively contribute to risk management and quality assurance regarding banking due diligence and the fight against money laundering.Payment traffic: Processing of payment orders and execution and monitoring of research requests and bank correspondence.Completed banking education or commercial apprenticeship with initial banking experience; preferably with experience in the field of banking due diligence.Good knowledge of the corporate sector, particularly documents specific to the company form.Quick understanding and systemic thinking.Developed team spirit.Precise working method with a high sense of quality and responsibility.Ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.We leave room for personal initiative and give meaning to our work.
