The Builder Sales Specialist role is crucial for driving business growth through effective relationship building and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, appliance sales, and lead generation, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
Promote multi-line luxury appliance brand through Builder Community.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Participate in HBA, NARI, NKBA, and networking events to promote products and services.
Work closely with District Sales Manager to develop relationships with Dealer outside sales team to drive business.
Work with Architect and Design Community to be specified in large project work.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent lead generation capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
Strong ability with MS Office, Teams and Power BI a plus.
