Description
The Builder Sales Specialist role is crucial for driving business growth through effective relationship building and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, appliance sales, and lead generation, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
* Promote multi-line luxury appliance brand through Builder Community.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
* Participate in HBA, NARI, NKBA, and networking events to promote products and services.
* Work closely with District Sales Manager to develop relationships with Dealer outside sales team to drive business.
* Work with Architect and Design Community to be specified in large project work.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Excellent lead generation capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
* Strong ability with MS Office, Teams and Power BI a plus.
