Position Requirements
Student Teaching/Observation
Once approved, candidates will receive email notification of approval for observation hours or student teaching placement.
Candidates are then permitted to contact the assigned campus to schedule the observation or student teaching experience.
A picture ID (i.e. Driver's License) and the Observation Clearance Form must be submitted to the campus upon reporting for the observation or student teaching assignment.
Note: Due to the high volume of observation and student teaching requests, the Human Resources department and the campus principals reserve the right to limit the number of days observers and student teachers on their campus at any given time as well as the days and dates observations will be allowed.
Requests for observation hours made after October 31 will not be processed for the fall semester. Instead, these requests will roll over to the Spring semester (January). Requests made after March 31 will not be processed for the spring semester. Instead, these requests will roll over to the Fall semester (August).
