We are looking for a reinforcement for our gravel, concrete, and recycling plant: a reliable, down-to-earth, and committed personality who likes to get involved. As a floater, you are deployed where you are needed – thus making an important contribution to a safe and smooth production process.
You mainly work on our construction machinery. If needed, you also support the incoming inspection (scale), maintenance, or feeding of the screening/crushing plant.
Responsibilities
* Operate heavy machinery for loading, unloading, and storage tasks.
* Assist in maintenance, cleaning, and quality control processes.
* Support the optimization of workflows and safety measures.
* Work with the wheel loader for loading, unloading, and inventory management.
* Support with maintenance, repair, and cleaning work.
* Sampling, checking, and documenting material samples according to QS specifications.
* Operate the incoming scale (after appropriate introduction and training).
* Feed the screening/crushing plant.
* Actively participate in optimizing workflows, processes, and technical equipment.
* Recognize, report, and assist in resolving malfunctions, irregularities, and safety deficiencies.
* Adhere to and consistently implement occupational safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
* Technical or manual basic training (e.g., plant operator, mechanic, construction practitioner) or equivalent.
* Experience as a construction machinery operator is an advantage (certificates M2, M3).
* Experience in the gravel, concrete, or building materials industry is an advantage.
* Good technical understanding as well as practical and solution-oriented thinking.
* High sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
* Flexibility and willingness to take on cross-departmental responsibility.
* Good German language skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
