Job Description
* Lead and inspire a large, multi-departmental team within a prestigious hotel
* Oversee all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Reservations, and Concierge, managing large teams across departments
* Drive flawless execution of service in line with ultra-luxury hospitality standards (Forbes and 5-star excellence standards)
* Lead, develop, and empower department heads and teams, ensuring high performance, discipline, and engagement (100+)
* Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency at scale
* Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, and F&B to optimize performance and guest satisfaction
* Act as a senior leader on the Executive Committee and representative of the hotel's standards and culture
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a senior Rooms Division leadership role within a luxury or palace hotel (essential)
* Demonstrated ability to manage large teams in complex, high-volume luxury environments
* Strong leadership presence: decisive, structured, and naturally authoritative, with the ability to inspire respect
* Deep understanding of international luxury service standards and guest expectations
* Fluency in English required; German and/or French strongly preferred
