Tasks
* Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
* Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable product recommendations
* Train and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
* Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment
* Support merchandising efforts by organizing product displays and maintaining visual standards
Requirements
* Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the apparel and fashion industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
* Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
* German language FLUENT, english B2 any other additional language it's a strong asset
