Responsibilities
* develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with the main focus on strategic advice
* drive an effective strategy to manage and develop a book of clients
* define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients’ needs, in cooperation with the Client Advisor
* support the Client Advisor to identify potential business opportunities within his own book
* make sure clients are managed in a manner that contributes to an effective risk culture within the team
* establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients and continuously grow your network
Qualifications
* on-the-job experience in wealth management and/or wealth planning
* knowledge of financial products and service
* proven track record in finding solutions for clients
* great at building networks and connections (people want to know you)
* resilient team player and truly service oriented
* extremely organized, with great planning skills and efficient time management
* excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
* proficient language skills in Italian and fluent in English is a must
