Manage a portfolio of industrial, logistics, and artisanal buildings: leases, locations, disputes, techniques, and specific needs (production, logistics, industrial activities). Supervise budgets, reporting, charge accounts, and management accounts. Leadership & Management Manage a team of managers and task distribution and client & development growth. Be the primary contact for owners and investors; ensure regular and proactive follow-up. Identify opportunities within the managed property and contribute to the prospecting of new ones. Proven experience in property management, ideally in commercial, industrial, or logistics real estate. Excellent knowledge of lease law. Comfort in monitoring the technical aspects of industrial buildings and understanding the specific needs of customers. Federal certificate in property management constitutes prioritization skills, impeccable organization, and a taste for solutions, autonomy, and excellent sense of responsibility. Proficiency in German is a plus.
