Their proactive approach to problem-solving and dedication to IT support will be invaluable to our team. /p h3bOBJECTIVES /b /h3 ul liProvide troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues. /li liManage user accounts and access within Active Directory (AD). /li liOversee the configuration and maintenance of SharePoint, Teams, and Planner. /li liSupport end users and process day-to-day JIRA tickets. /li /ul h3bRESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3 ul liServe as the primary contact for IT-related issues concerning laptops and Microsoft applications. /li liProactively identify and resolve IT issues. /li liProvide timely support and troubleshooting for hardware and software problems. /li liSupport end users and manage JIRA tickets effectively. /li /ul h3bSCOPE OF WORK /b /h3 ul liLaptop Installation and Maintenance ul liSet up and configure new laptops for employees. /li liEnsure all necessary software and security updates are installed. /li liPerform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware issues. /li /ul /li liMicrosoft Applications Management ul liManage user accounts and permissions within AD. /li liProvide support for Microsoft-related issues. /li /ul /li liEnd User Support ul liProvide timely and effective support to end users. /li liAddress and resolve user issues related to IT systems and applications. /li /ul /li /ul h3bREQUIREMENTS /b /h3 ul liBasic knowledge of IT systems and hardware. /li liFamiliarity with Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Teams, Planner). /li liStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. /li liFluency in English is required /li li(OPTIONAL) Understanding of Active Directory (AD) configuration and management. /li li(OPTIONAL) Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems is a plus. /li /ul h3bCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS /b /h3 ul liFor this position, gross salary is 1’450 CHF monthly (before income tax). NB – IMPACT salaries are strictly determined by our salary grid depending on the grade of the position and the level of education and experience of staff.
