Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sommelier to provide exceptional wine service in all onboard venues.
The ideal candidate will oversee the inventory of wine lists, train dining and bar colleagues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
This role requires a strong knowledge of fine wines and premium beverages, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding wine service in all restaurants and assist in creating wine menus;
* Pair wines with food by recommending wines that complement different styles of cuisine and preparation methods;
* Report any complaints about wine service to the Cellar Master and ensure fast and courteous response to guests;
* Train dining and bar colleagues on wine knowledge and oversee wine inventory and report production;

Requirements
* Fluent English, both spoken and written; any additional European language is considered an advantage (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, or French);
* High school certificate;
* Sommelier certification;
* At least 2 years of experience as a Sommelier in luxury/premium hospitality;
* Excellent knowledge of fine wines and premium beverages;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Passion for hospitality and customer service driven;
* Computer literacy;
* Cruise industry experience is an advantage;
