What is your job?
* Administration within the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. entries/leavings, contract changes, mutations, etc.)
* Processing salary administration from A to Z (employee base of 150 people)
* Hours controlling and time management
* Support throughout the entire recruitment process (advertisement, pre-selection, interviews, etc.)
* Advice on labor law issues and implementation of innovations
* Support in the design and implementation of effective HR strategies
* Participation in HR projects and communication as an interface between managers and employees
What do you bring to the table?
* Basic commercial training or similar
* Further training in HR and ideally in payroll or social insurance
* Sound knowledge of HR or payroll administration
* Fluent oral and written communication skills in German, good knowledge of Italian and French is an advantage
* Strong communication skills and empathy
* Discretion and integrity
