This position focuses on data analytics, data architecture, MES and SCADA systems, ERP systems, and integrating data into AI and Machine Learning models. The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming data into actionable insights, architecting data solutions, integrating IT and OT systems, and empowering the organization through data-driven decision-making. /p h3Job Function / Purpose /h3 ul liData Analysis and Architecture: /li liCollect, cleanse, and analyze extensive datasets from various sources, including UNS, Data Lakes, and PLC Data. /li liDevelop and implement a robust data architecture framework to support efficient data collection, storage, and retrieval. /li liUtilize statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive models and algorithms. /li liCreate and maintain data visualizations and reports, ensuring they are insightful and actionable. /li liDesign and oversee the construction of an accessible data environment, enabling streamlined data extraction for analysis and dashboard creation. /li liTrain and guide team members in extracting and utilizing data from the established environment, fostering a data-centric culture within the organization. /li liSQL Development and Data Management: /li liDesign, develop, and manage SQL scripts, queries, and database structures for optimal performance and efficiency. /li liEnsure data integrity and security in all SQL and database operations. /li liIT/OT Systems Integration and Architecture /li liArchitect comprehensive IT/OT solutions, integrating systems like SCADA, MES, and ERP. /li liEmploy expertise in industrial automation systems design and implementation, particularly with Ignition software. /li liLead system integration projects to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. /li liData Governance and Quality Assurance: /li liImplement data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. /li liAddress data quality issues in collaboration with IT and other departments, establishing best practices. /li liBusiness Insights and Decision Support: /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide analytical support. /li liTranslate complex data findings into clear, actionable business strategies and process improvements. /li liContinuous Learning and Innovation: /li liStay abreast of the latest trends in data analysis, AI, ML, and related technologies. /li liIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data analysis. /li /ul h3Education, Experience Competencies /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. /li liProven experience in data analysis, SQL development, IT/OT architecture, or similar roles. /li liProficiency in SQL, Python, Java, Rust, R, and other relevant programming languages. /li liIn-depth knowledge of IT/OT systems, including SCADA, MES, PLC, and ERP. /li liExperience with AI and ML techniques and frameworks. /li liExpertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. /li liStrong understanding of data governance, quality principles, and cybersecurity best practices. /li liExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. /li liProject management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liHigh ethical standards.
