Job Description:
In the course of your responsible role, you will work within the Retail Services Operations & IT business unit and act as a link between the point of sale and headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for users of the POS and merchandise management system, as well as for operational inquiries relating to day-to-day business at our sales locations.
You will also support the team in exciting projects relating to process optimization and the further development of systems and processes in the retail sector and advise the retail departments on the evaluation and introduction of new technologies. The organization and implementation of user training courses round off your exciting and varied area of responsibility.
Required Experience and Skills:
1. Commercial apprenticeship or comparable studies
2. Technical understanding or interest in technical topics in the retail environment
3. Connected, structured and goal-oriented work
4. Strong communication and organizational skills
5. Reliability, flexibility and team spirit
6. Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
8. Initial experience in retail or the textile industry is an advantage
