Our mission: We safely power your flight.As a Finance Manager you will play a key role in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, working closely with internal stakeholders in Switzerland and China to ensure accurate, timely, and business-relevant financial information. Mandarin fluency is essential, as this position involves reviewing and exchanging financial data in Chinese.
Your tasks
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and operational performance data
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
* Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and deadlines across entities
* Serve as the key financial liaison between the Swiss HQ and Chinese operations
* Consolidate and validate financial data across multiple locations, including reports received in Chinese
* Assist with investment and M&A-related financial analysis
* Proactively support process improvements and automation within finance
* Collaborate with auditors and contribute to internal financial reviews
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or controlling
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, ideally in an international or group structure
* Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems or ERP tools is an advantage
* Strong communication and coordination abilities across cultures and time zones
* Precise, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
