work in the real world. /p pYou will work directly with partners, configure systems yourself, unblock integrations, and turn ambiguity into working solutions that scale. /p pAt the same time, and partners, and defining how a new global standard is implemented across the market, Advertima offers a rare opportunity. /p pJob Overview We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager, AdTech to take a key ownership role on our AI platform. /p pYou will own the vision, strategy, and execution for critical product areas required to find product-market fit in a high-uncertainty, high-impact environment. /p pYour mission: bridge the gap between online and offline advertising by building a product that delivers measurable outcomes for the world's top retailers. /p pYour role… Partner Integrations Hands-on Execution: Serve as the primary driver for integrating our AI platform with external AdTech partners. /p pYou are deeply technical and hands-on—you will not be blocked by technical hurdles and are comfortable adjusting CMS configurations yourself to keep projects moving forward. /p pProduct Ownership Vision: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, navigating the path to product-market fit. /p pMarket Customer Discovery: Relentlessly seek customer and market insights through continuous discovery and competitive analysis to identify and validate high-value opportunities in the retail AdTech space. /p pLean Execution: Drive rapid, lean experimentation. /p pPrioritize ruthlessly to define and build the most effective product with the least effort, iterating quickly based on validated learning. /p pTechnical Architectural Guidance: Partner with engineering to make key architectural decisions, ensuring the platform is scalable and performant. /p pTranslate complex technical concepts for all stakeholders. /p pCross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central communication hub, aligning engineering, sales, marketing, and operations around the product vision and roadmap. /p pProduct Evangelism: Act as a key evangelist for the product. /p pClearly articulate the value proposition, vision, and technical capabilities to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and excitement. /p pData Intuition-Driven Decisions: Blend quantitative data with strong product intuition to make informed decisions when data is scarce. /p pDefine, track, and report on key metrics for success. /p pYour profile… 5+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on the AdTech ecosystem (e.g., programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs). /p pFamiliarity with the technical nuances of integrating DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) networks with programmatic AdTech stacks. /p pHands-on knowledge of VAST and OpenRTB protocols. /p pDirect, hands-on experience configuring and managing specific, industry-leading SSPs and retail-focused CMS platforms. /p pStrong technical background, either through a Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience leading technical products. /p pYou are fully capable of handling technical tasks independently without being blocked. /p pProven experience launching and iterating on products in a startup, pre-market-fit, or similarly ambiguous, fast-paced environment. /p pDemonstrable entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, results-oriented, and comfortable making decisions with incomplete data. /p pExceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and mentor other product managers. /lili Ideally, you also have… Master's degree in a related field. /p pDirect experience with data analysis and query languages (e.g., SQL). /p pFamiliarity with computer vision concepts or other AI/ML technologies. /p pDeep understanding of digital privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). /p pWhy
