About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Business Operations Manager
to oversee and optimize our operational processes in Switzerland. In this role, you will ensure the efficiency of business operations, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to the company's overall growth and performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
* Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and workflows across departments.
* Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
* Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, and other teams to optimize cross-functional operations.
* Lead operational projects, process improvements, and initiatives to enhance productivity.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
* Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, or process improvement.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and operational initiatives.
* Proficiency with business tools, analytics, and project management software (Excel, Power BI, Asana, Jira, etc.).
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in
English
