The Position As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world, we lead the way in the sport and event industry.
We are now looking for a HR Specialist who is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.
Key Tasks Member of the 'People & Culture Administration' competence centre: Strive for excellence, committed to efficiency and effectiveness, with a desire to innovate, learn, and improve our People & Culture services and processes.
Think globally, act locally: Deliver HR services in a truly global organization, adapted to local requirements.
Administrative Employee Life Cycle: Issue employment contracts, handle work permit requests, coordinate relocations to Zurich, organize and execute monthly Induction Days, support People & Culture Business Partners for divisions (~300 employees).
Daily administration: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, support HR systems, prepare contract amendments and reference letters.
HR Record Keeping: Manage absences, ensure payroll adjustments, maintain employee records.
Timekeeping Management: Manage timekeeping system, requests, and permissions for special work hours.
Support HR Projects: Support National Future Day initiatives, assist in new HR tools implementation, review and optimize processes.
How will you shape the role? We seek talented people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a global mindset, who are ambitious, fast learners, result-driven, people-oriented, creative, and value-driven. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic, global organization, is required. Curiosity to learn and stay updated on industry best practices and employment law is essential.
