Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Product Promotion Specialist to support Product Line Managers in increasing product awareness, enabling sales success, and enhancing market position. Responsibilities include executing promotional strategies, developing sales toolkits, and collaborating with regional teams to maximize market penetration of low-voltage motors.
You will work within the Motion / IEC LV Motors division, partnering with product management, sales, communications, and regional teams to create impactful campaigns and materials that highlight our products' value propositions.
Contribute to combating climate change, accelerating the energy transition, and building a net-zero future with our customers.
The role is hybrid and reports to the Product Promotion Manager, supporting the Motion IEC LV Motors Division globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Product Positioning: Developing and implementing promotion strategies, ensuring strong product messaging, and coordinating launches and industry events.
* Internal Engagement: Supporting Product Line Managers with webinars, workshops, sales materials, and maintaining brand consistency.
* Lead Generation & Online Content: Driving campaigns to increase market visibility and optimizing digital content for engagement.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitoring promotional effectiveness, refining messaging based on insights, and preparing reports.
Qualifications for the role
* At least 5 years in product promotion, marketing, or sales enablement within an industrial B2B environment.
* Experience with electric motors or related industries is advantageous.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* Ability to monitor market trends and news related to the product portfolio.
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills to convey technical benefits clearly.
* Strong campaign execution, content creation, and event planning skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization.
* Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
