What you will do:
* Lead the Global IT OT Infrastructure Operations & Engineering team across multiple domains (Data Center, Server, Storage & Backup, Network, Cybersecurity).
* Set and execute the strategic agenda and roadmap for infrastructure modernization, security, and architecture.
* Oversee global operations to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity.
* Ensure services meet agreed SLAs and align with business needs.
* Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to shape global demand and align IT investments.
* Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and innovation within infrastructure systems.
* Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements across all infrastructure activities.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in senior IT infrastructure leadership roles within global organizations.
* Strong expertise in infrastructure domains: Data Center, Network, Server, Storage & Backup.
* Strategic mindset with ability to drive transformation and technical progression.
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills in English and German.
* Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and modern technology practices.
* Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
