DEMARCHE is looking for its site based in Nyon, a
Socio-professional Integration Advisor, Permanent Contract, 60-80%
Your missions
As a socio-professional integration advisor, you will support a group of young beneficiaries in an integration measure (Motivation Semester – SeMo), to develop their personal, social and professional skills and enable their sustainable integration at all levels.
Organise and conduct admission interviews within the framework of the Semolac measure
Welcome, coach and monitor a group of participants throughout their journey, in accordance with the requirements of the funding authorities
Ensure the administrative follow-up of participants’ files, including monitoring attendance and absences
Define a realistic, achievable and sustainable professional project and engage the participant around it
Participate, in collaboration with sector managers, in the evaluation of participants’ skills and their employability level
Lead collective job search workshops (targeting offers, implementing effective application strategies, preparing for job interviews, etc.)
Support the preparation and follow-up of participants’ applications to optimise their chances of success
Offer targeted individual support in addition to workshops (as appropriate), to meet participants’ specific needs and support them in their professional journey
Develop and maintain the network of partner companies to maximise professional integration opportunities (internships, apprenticeships) for participants
