Base pay range

Velocity Switzerland's first boutique fitness studio is looking for passionate, hard‑working team members at our Enge, West and Zug studios.

Velocity is a growing chain of innovative cycling and power studios challenging the status quo of indoor cycling. Each class is a full‑body workout designed to reboot and strengthen both body and mind, combining intense cardiovascular sweat with full‑body toning reinforced by music.

At Velocity we pride ourselves on bringing people together through sweat, community and rhythm.

As Velocity’s Front Desk Manager, you are accountable for all aspects of running Velocity in one studio location. You manage and lead the overall operations of the business and foster the ride culture both in‑studio and out in the community with sales, marketing and events.

You do not need previous experience in the fitness industry, but a passion for fitness and hospitality is essential. You will lead and inspire to transform the way our clients feel.


RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and co‑ordinate the studio’s customer service.
* Manage the front desk: give a warm welcome to all customers, check customers in, provide towels & shoes, etc.
* Help new customers get set‑up.
* Set up studio for class, including turning on lights & music, setting up Veloboard technology and front‑of‑house booking system.
* Create and maintain a motivated and highly personable team.
* Supervise the studio’s retail operations.
* Pro‑actively solve day‑to‑day studio management issues.
* Perform manual tasks such as washing towels and cleaning bikes and floors.


REQUIREMENTS

* Zest for life. Energetic, upbeat, and engaging.
* Passion for fitness.
* Relentless focus on attention to detail.
* Commitment to exceptional customer service.
* Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
* Highly organised self‑starter with well‑developed multi‑tasking skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours.
* Fluent English and German are a must.
* Valid Swiss work permit or residence.
