As part of a permanent contract, Manpower is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients - a prestigious watchmaking manufacture located in the canton of Fribourg - a :

After-Sales Finisher (M/F)
Responsibilities Ensure the polishing and satin finishing of the entire case as well as the bracelet of watches returned to after-sales service, according to the original finish
Carry out rigorous self-checks and precise inspections to guarantee uncompromising quality according to defined criteria
Perform washing and cleaning operations of various components, thus preserving the shine and durability of the materials
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our performance indicators
Profile Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Watch Finisher or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an after-sales workshop
Proficiency with a computer system related to the profession
Manual dexterity, precision, meticulousness, finesse and skill in task execution
Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
Customer orientation, good listening skills, open-mindedness, rigour and organisational skills
Consistency, diligence, autonomy, with a strong team spirit, versatility and flexibility
