Business Analyst Commercial Finance
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team in Zurich, Switzerland. Responsible for quality, consistency and timely delivery of Commercial Financial reporting, always seeking ways to improve. Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support Head of CSL Vifor Commercial Finance with ad-hoc controlling and analytics tasks
EFPIA reporting: global support to transparency coordinators, perform data review and cleaning, preparation of disclosure report
Improve the quality of reporting through BI and other innovation
Maintain and update all project related documentation and handling of invoices ensure operational excellence with regard to finance schedule and quality support the monthly closing and planning process
Track activities, identify and resolve issues and report finance status to related stakeholders in a timely manner
Minimum Requirements
Educational background in management, finance and/or controlling (university degree or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of work-related experience
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize conflicting demands
Excellent analytical skills
Successful cross-functional and intercultural working; team player
Proven coordination and communication skills
Professional level in English and German would be a plus
Excellent user of Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SAP system is key
Preferred Requirements
3+ years of internationally oriented management/finance experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Power-BI or similar BI-experience
Understanding of commercial aspects within the pharmaceutical industry
