We are seeking an HR Consultant & Project Manager to join our Customer Success team in Basel, Switzerland. The role requires: Bachelor's or Master's degree; native German proficiency (C2), English proficiency (C2), and French a plus.
Responsibilities
Onboard and implement new customers in Switzerland, managing project plans and timelines.
Ensure deployments are completed on time and on budget, according to contract terms.
Gather customers’ initial needs and suggest suitable responses.
Adapt our software to customers’ local Swiss context.
Train administrators to use our software autonomously.
Ensure Go‑live and follow‑up during the first weeks of use.
Demonstrate flexibility and agility throughout the implementation.
Follow‑up of Key Accounts
Keep close eye on the satisfaction of important customers.
Support level‑2 issues.
Carry out post‑implementation check‑ups.
Identify and generate new cross‑sell or upsell opportunities (lead generation).
Be proactive in presenting new products that address past issues.
Contribution to Localization and Continuous Improvement
Participate in cross‑functional side projects.
Adapt our offer and strengthen market fit for Swiss market.
Collaborate with other Lucca business units.
Contribute to continuous improvement beyond main tasks.
Participate in pre‑sales phase projects supporting sales team.
Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in agile mode.
Requirements
At least 1 year of prior experience managing complex projects.
Willingness to be a key player in the growth of the Swiss market.
Comfortable and eager to work with local businesses and key accounts (C‑Level).
Proficiency in German and English (native / C2); French a plus.
Clear and structured oral and written communication.
Taste for human contact and pedagogy.
Ability to solve practical and sometimes technical problems.
Sense of service and a taste for things well done.
Proficiency in Salesforce is an asset.
Familiarity with web technologies and their implementation is a plus (training provided).
