Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, industrial applications, and DIY.
In this role, you will take ownership of driving strategic sales initiatives and ensuring effective execution across multiple regions. With a strong focus on data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimization, you will contribute to the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Value Creation Plan: Ownership of freud Value Creation Plan documentation and data model. Monthly tracking of KPIs and milestones, supporting the implementation of measures.
Sales Plays: Create sales plays in collaboration with regional, country sales, marketing, and segment teams. Define roll-out plans and track implementation.
Pricing: Manage freud pricing concept and process. Implement clear price logic, oversee pricing tools, and monitor PCR forecasting.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and share insights with stakeholders. Collaborate with Business Development for market calculations.
Sales Reporting: Oversee sales reporting and forecasting. Analyze new and lost business.
Hunting Lists: Manage hunting list formats, monthly reporting, distribution planning, and CRM activities.
Qualifications: Education: University Degree in Business Administration, ideally in Sales or Marketing.
Experience and Skills: Good understanding of global sales organizations (B2B and B2C), preferably in the freud industrial tooling market. Strategic thinker with analytical skills (Excel, BI software), project management experience, and impactful presentation skills.
